Role OverviewWe are hiring for the Banca Channel for a leading Health Insurance company. The role involves managing bank branch relationships, driving sales through bank staff, and achieving business targets through assigned branches.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank branches.Drive sales of health insurance products through bank employees (BMs, RMs, CSMs, etc.).Conduct regular product training sessions for bank staff.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Generate business through walk-in customers, branch leads, and joint calls.Ensure high-quality customer service and documentation accuracy.Maintain strong follow-ups for renewals and new business.Report daily activities and sales performance to reporting manager. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in Banca channel / Bank assurance / BFSI sales.Experience in health insurance is preferred (life/general insurance also acceptable).Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Ability to work closely with bank staff and drive results.Basic understanding of insurance products and compliance.
