Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed project sales targets.
• Manage, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns,events, and lead generation activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with CRM and post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and customer retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large projects.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
