Role: Sales Manager(AR/VR Technologies) Location – Noida(Onsite Role) Job Type: Full Time Role Job Description: We are looking for Sales Managers to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy for generating business from domestic & international market and building out a team across enterprises. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. · Meet and exceed KPIs and individual sales targets. · Assists in the development of the sales plan. Develop domestic as well as international clientele base. · Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities, Research and analyze sales options. · Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions. · Cold calling and generating the leads from social networks, maintaining Sales data in CRM Software. · Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. · Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products. · Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports. · Build and maintain professional networks. · Meet with potential clients to determine their needs. · Ability to up-sell & cross-sell. Key Requirements: · Must have good experience in selling AR/VR technologies. · Minimum Qualification- Any Graduate. Candidate with technical graduation will be preferred. · Competency in English. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software. · Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results. Ability to create and deliver presentations. · Fast learner and quick thinker & passionate about sales. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment. · Experience in domestic & international market. · Experience in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan. · Experience in building and growing a channel. · Experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities. · Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
