The Sales Manager position for Test Equipment - EV is available in Pune, MH, IN (410501) with ZF India Pvt. Ltd. As a member of the ZF Testing Systems Unit, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team based in Pune and Chennai. This team is dedicated to serving the Indian market with agility and determination, striving towards common performance objectives independently. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of sales for tire test benches, IC engine, and Transmission test beds throughout India - Achieving sales targets by closely monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in the test systems technology - Driving strategic initiatives to boost revenue growth substantially, expand market share, and develop long-term business plans - Conducting product demonstrations for customers and promoting test system products at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences - Collaborating with global sales, project, finance, and service functions to achieve business targets and provide technical guidance Your qualifications should consist of: - Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) with 8 - 15 years of experience - Experience and knowledge in Test equipment related to tires, engines, transmissions, electric drives technology, and Battery testing - Good techno-commercial knowledge and strong customer relationship skills - Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, MS Office Programs, and a proactive and customer-focused attitude - Willingness to travel occasionally At ZF, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, experience career growth, and enjoy a flexible work culture.
