Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to convert leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,003.49 per month
