Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client accounts to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct client tours, deliver compelling presentations, and create tailored proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on collections during agreement initiation and monthly rental follow-ups.
  • Oversee smooth client onboarding and provide proactive support across centers.
  • Address client queries and maintain a strong on-ground presence across WellWork centers (Gachibowli, Ameerpet, Banjara Hills, and Hitech City).
  • Consistently track, report, and improve sales performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales/business development experience (preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or facility management).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English & Hindi

  • Ability to confidently create, present, and close proposals/contracts.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Flexibility to travel between WellWorks Hyderabad centers.
