Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key client accounts to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Conduct client tours, deliver compelling presentations, and create tailored proposals. Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the finance team on collections during agreement initiation and monthly rental follow-ups. Oversee smooth client onboarding and provide proactive support across centers. Address client queries and maintain a strong on-ground presence across WellWork centers (Gachibowli, Ameerpet, Banjara Hills, and Hitech City). Consistently track, report, and improve sales performance metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of proven sales/business development experience (preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or facility management). Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi . Ability to confidently create, present, and close proposals/contracts. Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing roles. Flexibility to travel between WellWorks Hyderabad centers.
