Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels digital, referrals, site visits, and cold calling.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options (residential/commercial).
Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide complete project walkthroughs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events to drive footfall.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and sales progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Work closely with channel partners, brokers, and agents to expand reach.

Key Skills Required:

Proven experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Result-driven and customer-focused approach
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience in residential or commercial real estate is a must
