You will collaborate closely with the Retail team, including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to achieve this. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Two-Wheeler loan customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area - Grow the AUM base for Two-Wheeler Loan lending solutions and meet revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets - Collaborate with the Product Head Two-Wheeler Loan to offer customers best-in-class funding solutions and ensure appropriate incentivization of key DST's - Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquency and rejection - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, and operations - Identify changing market trends, develop channels for acquiring business, and provide high-quality customer service - Design a customer journey that leads to customer delight and establishes IDFC FIRST as their banking partner of choice - Ensure successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory framework across the business Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
