Sales Manager - Unsecured Business Loans

As a Sales Executive at KreditBee, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition through the open market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) in the market, efficiently managing existing DSAs and onboarding new ones as per business requirements. Utilizing your strong negotiation skills, you will be expected to close deals and achieve sales targets effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with a specific focus on DSA management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. A proven track record in sales, particularly in the unsecured loan segment, will be advantageous. Your leadership and team management capabilities will be crucial in ensuring the success of your team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Having local market knowledge and proficiency in the local language would be an added advantage in building strong relationships with clients. This position reports to the Sales Head and is based in Ahmedabad or Mumbai.
