Drive business growth for the SME Unsecured Business Loan (UBL) segment in the assigned geography
Build, manage, and expand DSA and channel partner networks to generate quality business Achieve disbursement, revenue, and portfolio targets through effective channel management Source new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and key stakeholders Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursements Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and process compliance Monitor pipeline, conversion ratios, and portfolio performance on a regular basis
