Sales Manager

We have job opportunity for Sales position.

Market Research and Competitor analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify our direct competitors and run a deep study on each competitor site.
• Stay informed about economic factors, zoning regulations, and other external factors that may impact real estate investment decisions.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis, including evaluating property values, assessing potential returns on investment, and estimating value appreciation
• Collaborate with our internal sales team to understand the value appreciation of all our projects

Due Diligence:

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with each property under consideration.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and other stakeholders to secure favourable deals.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, channel partners/ CP firms
• Leverage networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and access to the Broker Network

Reporting:

• Prepare and present comprehensive daily/ weekly/ quarterly and Annual performance reports
• Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of sourcing activities and market trends.

Key Performance Indicators

• Perform work within timeline.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in real estate sourcing
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
• Good presentation skills, good at excel
