Sales Manager- Traning Programs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Training Programs, located in the Mumbai and Delhi Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for training programs, conducting client meetings, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks will include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the training team to understand program offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized service and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
• Strong understanding of training programs, including Sales, Communication, Etiquette, Strategy, and Organizational Development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop client relationships and identify business opportunities
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
