Job Description

Sales leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for LAP loans.
Client and channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage relationships with various sales channels like Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Process coordination: Work with other departments, such as credit, legal, and operations, to ensure the smooth and timely processing and disbursement of LAP loans.
Market analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and borrower profiles to refine sales approaches.
