Sales Manager - Tele Sales

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager Tele sales at Max Life Insurance, you will be a part of the Axis Sales team and play a key role in meeting sales targets through Banks FOS. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with all corporate salary teams in assigned Bank Branches, keeping accurate records of referrals, adhering to agreed TATs, increasing bank customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions, driving reward and recognition programs for bank staff, and conducting regular training sessions on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
