Sales Manager/ Team Leader

As a Real Estate Agent at our company, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties. Your main duties will include conducting market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations. Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts to generate leads and provide clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be organizing and conducting property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients. Negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms, as well as staying updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance, are essential tasks that you will handle. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns that clients may have will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role. A strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role. You should also be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
