About the Role:

Angel Starch & Food Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager (Female) to lead a team of up to 15 Global Marketing Executives (Techno Commercial Consultant). The ideal candidate should be married and settled in Erode, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or international marketing. Experience in export-oriented documentation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 15 Techno Commercial Consultants / Global Marketing Executives.

● Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.

● Supervise preparation of quotations, proforma invoices, and export-related documents.

● Ensure timely communication and follow-up with overseas clients and distributors.

● Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.

● Monitor sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved.

● Identify new export opportunities and expand the company’s global presence.

Requirements:

● Gender: Female (Married and settled in/around Erode)

● Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales/Marketing; experience in exports preferred

● Education: MBA/PG in Marketing / International Business / Agri-Business preferred

● Skills:

○ Strong leadership and communication skills

○ Knowledge of export documentation (preferred)

○ Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems

○ Excellent command over English (written & spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
