Position: Business Development Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or Sales and Marketing or related Science fields.
Experience: Between 05 to 08 of experience within the industrial sector, specifically engaging with EPC, pharmaceutical and/or specialty chemical firms, Oil and Gas end-users / EPCs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve annual targets as established by the management
* Develop and implement strategic business plans
* Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key clients
* Lead and mentor a junior business development team focusing on prospecting and account management.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to meet revenue and profitability goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, oversee project execution, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Travel regionally for client meetings, with an estimated out-door visits of 50-60%
Compensation:
Remuneration shall be aligned with industry standards, with a minimum guaranteed salary increase of 20% over previous earnings for suitable candidates. Additionally, attractive sales commissions will be offered.
