Job Title: Sales Manager (Female)
Location: Citrine Clinic, Sector 15, Gurgaon

Job Summary:
Citrine Clinic is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our patient acquisition and revenue through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience in healthcare/wellness/aesthetics, and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth consultation-to-treatment conversions
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling treatments/packages
• Stay updated on skin and hair treatment services to confidently explain offerings to patients
• Manage promotional activities, collaborations, and local marketing initiatives to drive walk-ins and leads

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
