Job Description

Sales and strategy

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Prime LAP segment to achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales objectives, quotas, and business targets for the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align sales initiatives.

Team leadership and management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or agents.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and conduct performance reviews.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Client and partner relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
  • Nurture relationships with sourcing partners, such as Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
  • Ensure high levels of engagement for effective pre- and post-customer service.
