As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in the B2B industrial equipment sector, particularly focusing on power press machines and capital machinery. Your role will require you to leverage your extensive experience and connections within manufacturing sectors like automotive, sheet metal, and heavy engineering to succeed. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets - Identify and exploit new market segments and growth opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with design and service teams for customized solutions - Provide technical guidance and advice to customers Qualifications Required: - Educational background of B. Tech / BE (Mechanical) along with an MBA - Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B industrial machinery sales - Proficiency in Kannada and English languages - Strong industrial knowledge In addition to the above qualifications and responsibilities, your proficiency in CRM systems, familiarity with Google Sheets and MS Office, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, as well as willingness to travel as required, will be essential for excelling in this role.,
