Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Marina Mall, OMR. The ideal candidate should have a background in the food industry, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Actively engage with customers and explain products to encourage sales.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer their queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the kiosk/shop.
• Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support daily sales operations and maintain product displays.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in the food industry, such as a food kiosk, restaurant, café, or food shop, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Active engagement with customers and a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are welcome to apply.
