Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through commercial leasing, luxury sales, HNI sales, and real estate marketing.
Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients to expand the company's presence in the real estate industry.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive Ahmedabad real estate landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in commercial sales, commercial leasing, or related fields (real estate sales).
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market with knowledge of local regulations and industry trends.
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
