Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to do a complete show around for clients visiting the resort for adhoc groups & events
  • Have in-depth knowledge of our product and competitors
  • Answer all calls within 3 rings
  • All queries to be reverted within 12 hours of receiving


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating banquet sales contract / adhoc FIT contracts
  • Ensure follow-ups are done in timely manner as per the https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/cut-off.html dates
  • Ensure all queries are responded within 12 hours of receiving
  • Handling and converting Meetings, Incentives, Events & Conferencing
  • Offering / suggesting best possible solution to clients as per requirement
  • Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/package.html plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business
  • Each month review the next 3 months availability to highlight high or low demand dates and take steps to minimize the risk of any shortfall or https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/overbooking.html
  • Ensuring all inquiries are recorded accurately as per the SOP
  • Helping the resort to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to the resort
  • Attending department and resort meetings whenever required
  • Targeting key accounts potential for the company
  • Responsible for sales calls, entertainment, https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/familiarisation-tour.html trips, trade shows, etc.as per SOP
  • Responsible for meeting individual and team targets
  • To be aware of both individual and team targets
  • Ensure all mapping sheets are up-to date for respective portfolios as per SOP
