1. Channel Target Management:
- Primary (DB Purchase Target)
- Secondary (Billing to DL) Coverage/DOD
2. DB and FOS Management:
- Manage DBs and Field Officers (FOS)
- Ensure effective sales strategies
3. Inventory Management:
- Manage DB and retail stock levels
- Monitor NPL (New product Launch) and EOL (End of Life) products
4. Channel Performance Management:
- Conduct SWOT analysis for zone channel partners and teams
- Analyze market share and DB relationships
- Implement DB 3i (Infra/Invest/Involve) strategies
5. Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze competitors' channel strategies and teams
- Monitor competition's average market stock days
6. Channel Development:
- Identify new DB candidates and arrange meetings with ZSM
- Develop advanced primary planning with channel partners
- Drive special initiatives for focus model
7. Market Hygiene:
- Ensure claim settlement guidelines are followed
- Payment Payback Condition
- Submit ROI (Return on Investment) reports quarterly
- Cross region Stock
