Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to generate leads from Direct Selling Agents (DSA) for Secured Loans, specifically Home Loans and Loans against Property. Key Responsibilities: - Have experience in dealing with Direct Selling Agents. - Look for candidates who have shown stability in their previous roles. - Achieve a minimum target of 1.5 - 2 Cr in the last 3-6 months, demonstrating actual target achievement. - Evaluate customer assets to determine loan eligibility. - Possess thorough knowledge of loan documentation requirements. - Understand property laws, relevant sections, and regulations. - Be familiar with rural properties to effectively cater to a diverse customer base. - Resolve property approval issues and facilitate loan approvals efficiently.
