Role Overview

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across all business segmentsleisure, corporate, MICE, and travel tradeby developing strategic sales plans, nurturing key relationships, and delivering consistent brand performance in alignment with Samav's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for individual properties and the brand.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, wedding planners, and OTA partners.
  • Drive FIT, group, and event business through proactive sales efforts and creative collaborations.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages with key partners to ensure profitability and brand positioning.

Revenue & Market Management

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM databases.

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and property visits to strengthen relationships.
  • Handle client queries, site inspections, and follow-ups with a strong focus on conversion and guest satisfaction.
  • Represent Samav Hotels at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Support the digital marketing team with insights for campaigns, offers, and content that drive conversions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in boutique or luxury segments.
  • Strong existing network within corporate, leisure, and travel trade markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and OTA management tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
