a. Identify and develop new business opportunities for soldering, desoldering, rework, and ESD-safe equipment across industrial and electronic manufacturing sectors.
b. Generate and manage leads, conduct client meetings, and present product demonstrations.
c. Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
d. Prepare technical proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
e. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
f. Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
g. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
h. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
i. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and product training sessions to enhance market presence.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instruments or related field)
