Role & responsibilities 1 . Job Purpose : Deliver outstanding sales results of Elmack within assigned geography. Develop wide and deep end customer and reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide techno-commercial support to end customers & Resellers on product portfolio. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training). 2. Role & responsibilities Provide technical support and perform application oriented demonstrations of RF/microwave test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Oscilloscopes, etc. Install, commission, train , and maintain systems on-site or at testing facilities. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored test solutions (pre- and post-sales). Troubleshoot instrument/system issues, acting as a technical consultant to customers. Create application notes, white papers, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Provide feedback to R&D/product teams regarding customer requirements and feature improvements. Preferred candidate profile Education : Masters in Electronics & Communication or related field (M.E. Communication). Bachelors ECE & EEE acceptable with strong RF experience. Experience : 1 5 years in RF test & measurement roles, handling VNAs, analyzers, generators Solid understanding of RF fundamentals, Analog modulation - AM, FM, PM, Digital Modulation PSK, QAM, FSK (used in LTE, Wi-Fi, etc.), metrics like EVM, ACLR, sparameters, noise figure, intermodulation, harmonics, power measurements, etc. Handson with test instruments —spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, signal generators.

The role involves developing new business, managing key industrial clients, and providing end-to-end sales support from technical consultation to order execution Role & responsibilities a. Identify and develop new business opportunities for soldering, desoldering, rework, and ESD-safe equipment across industrial and electronic manufacturing sectors. b. Generate and manage leads, conduct client meetings, and present product demonstrations. c. Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions. d. Prepare technical proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms. e. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business. f. Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support. g. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned. h. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. i. Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of independent field sales management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred Background: Min. 3 to 8 years experience in selling industrial or electronic assembly tools and consumables to EMS, PCB, or manufacturing industries. Prior exposure to brands like Hakko, JBC, Metcal, Weller or similar will be an added advantage.
