Sales Manager / Sales Engineer

: B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

We are seeking skilled and experienced Engineers with Sales /Marketing background with 10 to 12 years of experience. Selling Engineering consultancy services / detailed engineering design in power & Chemical industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding client needs and translating them into technical solutions using the company's area of expertise or services.
• Providing technical expertise during the sales process, including presentations, and technical support.
• Collaborating with engineering team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and to relay customer feedback.
• Market Survey to understand the over all market in the company area of expertise & possibility of venturing in to new area.
• Preparing and delivering technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals.
• Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new area of developments.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with technical solutions and post-sales support.
• Gathering and analysing customer feedback to improve products and services.
