Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Room Sales at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving and exceeding room sales targets within the designated market segments. Key tasks include managing customer relationships, conducting sales calls and presentations, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and promote the hotel’s offerings.

• Proven experience in Sales, specifically in room sales or hospitality sales
• Strong ability to maintain and develop client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and hotel management systems is desirable
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus
