Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to handle sales and business development for our lithium battery and related electronic products in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate should come from a battery, electronics, or automobile background with proven field sales experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in Bangalore and nearby areas.
Promote lithium batteries and related products to industrial and automotive clients.
Meet dealers, distributors, and OEM customers for sales and tie-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify trends and competitor activity.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and after-sales support.
Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Marketing.
4–7 years of experience in field sales (preferably in lithium batteries / electronics / automobile sector).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong market knowledge and client-handling experience.
Willing to travel across Karnataka.
Own vehicle mandatory.
