Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Daily tasks include meeting clients, conducting property viewings, maintaining client records, and offering post-sale support. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to meet client expectations and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client management and relationship building
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
