Job Description for Sales Manager/ Regional Manager· Building relationship with School Principals.· Approaching Grade A schools for student engagement activities for capturing leads.· Engaging with Consultants · Coordinate and manage the admissions process.· Participating in various education fairs.· Create and execute outreach strategies to attract potential students.· Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.· Maintaining MIS Required Candidate profile:· Experience in the Education Industry.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Must have a strong network of premium school connections.· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.· Familiarity with marketing and outreach strategies.· Able to interact with senior authorities in schools.· Open to travel Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some institutions).· 3+ years of experience in admissions and outreach roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.· Must have strong school connections in Rajasthan.
