Position: Sales Manager

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 4+ years in real estate sales

Requirement: Minimum 6 Months of Team Handling Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and business growth.
• Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, references, property portals, and networking.
• Monitor daily team activities, client follow-ups, site visits, and sales conversions.
• Guide team members in client handling, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and overall productivity.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, documentation, and management teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of customer records, lead databases, and sales documentation.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, property pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure professional client service and compliance with applicable company policies and real estate regulations.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
