Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager Real Estate located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working with clients to identify their property needs. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales team, provide training, and ensure targets are met.

• Experience in sales strategy, market research, and lead generation
• Only Thane location candidates accepted.
• Skills in negotiation, closing deals, and client relationship management
• Ability to manage and train a sales team effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven track record in real estate sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Knowledge of the Thane real estate market is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
