Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours, handling negotiations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the client database and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Pune is a plus
