Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team of Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore locations, driving sales operations, developing new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The role requires effective leadership to guide the sales team, maintain relationships with key accounts, and contribute to the overall business growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management/ Sales Team Handling
• Proficiency in Account Management and Sales Operations
• Strong background in Business Development
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
