Sales Manager (Proactive)

You will be accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery, and leading activities focusing on building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. You will achieve personal sales goals. - Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts. - Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers through various activities. - Develops relationships within the community to expand the customer base. - Manages relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Participates in sales calls to acquire new business and support operational aspects of business booked. - Identifies new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals and maximizes revenue using market trends and target customer information. - Supports the company's service and relationship strategy by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting customer expectations. - Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area. OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in the relevant fields with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
