Sales Manager Private Banking

As a Sales Manager in Private Banking at our Noida location, you will utilize your prior experience in new client acquisition to drive the growth of our client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new accounts through open market lead generation, successfully onboarding customers for a seamless transition to branch banking, and sourcing new accounts to generate revenue for the bank. You will play a crucial role in increasing the acquisition of target clientele within the Advantage Banking segments. This will involve assisting in local level sales drives for acquisition and acquiring new accounts from group companies or referrals from existing customers. Additionally, you will focus on building and deepening relationships with clients, maximizing cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring smooth customer transitions post-acquisition. Retention of high net worth accounts will be a key focus area, where you will monitor account activity closely, reactivate dormant accounts, and address service hurdles to enhance customer satisfaction. Your risk management responsibilities will include adherence to policies related to customer due diligence, anti-money laundering, information protection, and operational risk. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of banking products and policies, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of market dynamics and competition.
