Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for locks, architectural hardware, and related products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, OEM clients, and project contractors.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products in different regions.
Handle international inquiries, quotations, and negotiations independently.
Maintain regular communication with distributors, agents, and customers via email, calls, and online meetings.
Ensure smooth handling of customer complaints, product feedback, and warranty claims.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
3-4 years
of experience in
international B2B sales
(preferably in locks, hardware, or building materials).
Strong knowledge of
export documentation
,
Incoterms
, and
shipping processes
.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
,
email correspondence
, and
CRM tools
.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
Strong understanding of
product specifications

technical discussions
related to hardware products.
