Sales Manager- Pavers & Rollers

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager/Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for sales of Road Construction Equipment in the designated region. Your main focus will be on sales for Pavers, Rollers & Light Equipment, and other related equipment. This role will require developing direct contacts with key corporate and retail accounts, enhancing dealer efficiency, and identifying new customers in competitive markets. Extensive travel and frequent customer interaction will be key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop direct contact with all key corporate & retail accounts in the specified territory - Enhance the working efficiency of existing dealers and identify/train new dealers when necessary - Conduct product development activities to improve the product portfolio and analyze competition machines - Identify new customers, penetrate competitive markets, achieve order goals, and organize seminars, shows, and mailers - Build strong business relationships with the dealership management team and drive sales - Extensive travel and frequent contact with customers, financers, dealers, and regional teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Any Stream) - Good command of English in both speaking and writing - Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong communication and influencing skills - Candidates from the Construction Industry will be preferred.,
