Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute media sales strategies to achieve revenue targets• Identify and acquire new advertisers and agency partnerships• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients• Pitch media plans and customized advertising solutions• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports• Handle assigned territories and travel as required• Promote and sell hoarding spaces and outdoor advertisement Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Media Sales• Strong understanding of media platforms and advertising solutions• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Target-driven with strong relationship management abilitiesPreferred Candidate Profile• Proven track record of achieving sales targets• Strong industry contacts and advertiser network• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets• Immediate joiners preferred
