Sales Manager

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track team performance.
• Manage and motivate the sales and telecalling team to improve productivity and revenue.
• Monitor leads, prospects, quotations, follow-ups, and order conversions through the CRM.
• Audit sales call recordings and provide feedback to improve call quality and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper CRM updates, lead management, and timely customer follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Conduct weekly sales review meetings every Saturday and track individual action plans.
• Maintain team discipline, accountability, and reporting standards.
• Provide regular sales performance updates and recommendations directly to the Director.
• Proactively support the team in negotiations, customer handling, and closing business opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate with strong sales expertise, leadership ability, CRM knowledge, analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets. Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or interior products will be preferred.

The candidate should be proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of the team's overall sales performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
