Sales Manager, New Logo (NAMER)

As a Sales Manager at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team of Account Executives in a high-growth environment. Your leadership skills will directly influence the team's growth, individual development, and Rippling's success in achieving revenue targets at an unprecedented pace. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, hiring, and scaling a team of AEs, ensuring they excel in their strategic sales cycles. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding your team through strategic sales processes by understanding customers" needs and aligning them with the value proposition of Rippling. Monitoring sales performance metrics such as activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals will be essential to drive quota attainment. Regular reporting on team and individual results, along with identifying areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and productivity optimization, will be part of your routine tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-5 years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team in a B2B SaaS company. Accurate forecasting abilities, strong motivation to learn, a robust work ethic, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
