Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new business customers by building relationships with merchants, DSA partners, and local market networks. The role supports NeoGrowth's growth objectives by increasing customer reach, driving loan disbursements, and creating new business opportunities.

• Identify, engage, and acquire new business through direct sourcing and channel partners such as DSAs and other referral networks
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of customer applications
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customer to enhance conversion rate and customer experience
• Meeting productivity targets on loan disbursements on Month on Month (MoM) basis

• Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications

• 1-4 Years of experience in Bank, Insurance company, or NBFC
• Experience in sales of Business Loans, Loan against Property (LAP), working capital finance
• Good knowledge of the business loans segment and product offering
• Strong market network and relationships with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) partners
• Ability to identify and acquire new customers
• Ability to clearly explain the product and pricing to customers/merchants
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and achieve targets
