Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan & LAP business via DSAs, connectors, and builders
Manage and grow channel partner network
Ensure lead conversion and disbursal coordination
Drive monthly sales targets with focus on portfolio quality
Requirements
✔️ 4 years of experience in HL/LAP sales (NBFC/Bank preferred)
✔️ Strong local market knowledge & DSA network
✔️ Target-driven with excellent communication skills
