Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Team
  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct regular site visits, assist in high-value client closures

Work closely with marketing to optimize lead management

Train, mentor, and monitor team productivity through KPIs

Analyze local market trends, project competition, and buyer preferences

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation ability.

Familiarity with Excel and reporting dashboards

Good understanding of the local real estate market dynamics

Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience

Candidates from insurance, banking, credit cards, or NBFCs can also be considered if they demonstrate strong B2C field experience
