Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Personal Loans Sales Manager DSA Channel is responsible for driving personal loan business through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network. The role focuses on sourcing, managing, and expanding DSA relationships to achieve volume, revenue, and quality targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Personal Loans business through the DSA channel.
  
• Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate DSAs to achieve sales targets.
  
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for DSAs and track performance.
  
• Ensure consistent lead generation and conversion through active DSA engagement.
  
• Monitor loan quality, documentation, and adherence to credit and compliance policies.
  
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing and disbursements.
  
• Conduct regular field visits, DSA meetings, and performance reviews.
  
• Drive productivity, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and improve customer experience.
  
• Manage portfolio health, including early delinquency monitoring and corrective actions.
  
• Maintain MIS reports on sourcing, disbursements, conversions, and DSA productivity.

• Strong understanding of Personal Loan products and credit policies
  
• Proven experience in managing DSA or channel sales
  
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  
• Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in retail lending
  
• Good communication, presentation, and team management skills
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  
• 3–8 years of experience in retail lending, preferably Personal Loans
  
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience handling DSA/channel sales
  
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions preferred
