Role & responsibilities

Sales Manager Unsecured Business Loan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of

    Unsecured Business Loans

    through the DSA channel.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage

    DSA partners

    to generate consistent business.
  • Achieve assigned

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    .
  • Develop strong relationships with DSAs to ensure long-term engagement and productivity.
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimal rejections and delinquency.
  • Coordinate with

    credit, operations, and underwriting teams

    for smooth loan processing and disbursements.
  • Monitor DSA performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide training and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain MIS, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Unsecured Business Loan products

    and credit parameters.
  • Proven experience in managing

    DSA / Channel Sales

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong execution and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and high-volume sourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    in Unsecured Business Loan sales.
  • Hands-on experience in handling

    DSA channel

    .
  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Bank is mandatory.
